What We Ship  
This covers original artwork, prints, stickers, and merch ordered online or in-studio. Tattoo services are not shipped.

Shipping Times  
NZ: 2-5 business days via NZ Post  
Australia: 5-10 business days  
International: 10-20 business days  
Times are estimates only. Delays can happen with NZ Post, customs, or weather.

Shipping Rates  
Calculated at checkout based on size + destination.  
NZ flat rate: $8 for prints/stickers, $15+ for originals/tubes  
International: Quoted at checkout. Customer pays all duties/taxes.  
Free pickup: Available from Enhance Art Studio, Waverley NZ. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Packaging  
All art is packed safely. Prints are shipped in rigid mailers or tubes. Originals are wrapped + boxed with corner protection.

Tracking + Lost Parcels  
Tracking provided for all orders over $50. If your parcel hasn’t moved in 10 business days, message me and I’ll investigate with NZ Post. I’m not liable for delays, but I’ll help sort it.

Damaged in Transit  
If your art arrives damaged, message me within 48hrs with photos of the damage + packaging. I’ll replace it or refund you under NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.

Incorrect Address  
Double-check your address at checkout babe. If it’s returned due to wrong details, you’ll pay reshipping costs.

International Orders  
You’re responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These aren’t included in shipping price.
