Booking, Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Bookings  
All tattoos are by appointment only. Your spot is confirmed once your booking form is submitted + deposit is paid.

Deposits  
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.  
Small tattoos under 2 hours: $50 deposit  
Sessions 2+ hours: $100 deposit  
Your deposit comes off your final price on the day.  
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellations + Rescheduling  
We get it - life happens. But my time is reserved for you.  
48+ hours notice: Reschedule with no fee. Deposit moves to your new date.  
24-48 hours notice: $50 cancellation fee. Remaining deposit moves to new booking.  
Under 24 hours / No-show: Deposit is forfeited. New deposit required to rebook.

Late Arrivals  
Arriving 15+ mins late may shorten your session time or require rescheduling. Late time can’t be made up as it affects other clients.

Design Changes  
Major design changes within 48hrs of your appointment may require rescheduling + new deposit. Small tweaks are fine on the day.

Opening Specials + Promotions  
July opening special prices are valid for bookings made + completed in July 2026. Deposits must be paid to lock in promo pricing.

Health + Safety  
If you’re unwell, have had alcohol/drugs, or don’t meet NZ tattoo health requirements, we’ll reschedule you at no fee. Safety first.

Refunds  
Tattoo services are custom and non-refundable once work has begun. Deposits are non-refundable as per NZ consumer law for custom services + lost time.
