What Are Permanent Eyebrows?

Permanent eyebrows are a form of cosmetic tattooing that enhances the shape, fullness, and definition of your brows. Using professional techniques and high-quality pigments, I create natural-looking brows that can last for several years with the appropriate care and maintenance.

Every appointment begins with a thorough consultation.

Before any tattooing begins, your new brow shape will be carefully measured and drawn on for your approval. Nothing is tattooed until you are completely happy with the design.

The Treatment Process

Your appointment generally takes around 2–3 hours and includes:

Numbing cream application

Does It Hurt?

Most clients are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the procedure is.

A professional topical numbing cream is applied before and during the treatment to minimise discomfort. While everyone's pain tolerance is different, most people describe the sensation as mild scratching rather than pain.

Healing Process

Healing is an important part of achieving beautiful long-lasting results.

Immediately after treatment your brows will appear darker and more defined than expected. This is completely normal.

Over the following days:

Brows may darken slightly.
Light flaking or peeling may occur.
The colour will soften as the skin heals.
Final results are usually visible after 4–6 weeks.

It is important not to pick or scratch the healing skin.

Touch-Up Appointment

A perfecting appointment is recommended approximately 6–8 weeks after your initial treatment.

This allows any areas that healed lighter to be adjusted and ensures your brows have the best possible finish and longevity.

Before Your Appointment

For the best results, please:

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.
Avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment where possible.
Avoid blood-thinning medication unless prescribed by your doctor.
Do not wax, tint, or laminate your brows for at least one week beforehand.
Arrive with clean skin and no makeup around the eyebrow area.
Eat a meal before your appointment.

Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential for beautiful healed results.

For the first 7–10 days:

Keep your brows clean and dry.
Apply the recommended aftercare product as instructed.
Avoid swimming, saunas, steam rooms, and excessive sweating.
Avoid direct sun exposure.
Do not apply makeup to the eyebrow area.
Do not scratch, rub, or pick at any flaking skin.
