Wild Ride Ink is the tattooing side of Enhance Art Studio, founded on the belief that tattoos are more than ink on skin—they're reminders of the people we love, the places we've been, the challenges we've overcome, and the dreams we're still chasing.

I'm Kate Soutar, and I believe every tattoo should have meaning. Whether it's your first tattoo or you're adding to an existing collection, I take the time to understand your story and create a design that's uniquely yours.

The Experience

From the moment you walk into the studio, my aim is to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and welcome. We'll chat about your ideas, refine your design, and work together to create something you'll be proud to wear for life.

Why Wild Ride Ink?

The name Wild Ride Ink reflects my own journey through life.

I've travelled throughout New Zealand, spent countless hours in nature, worked with horses, raised a family, and met incredible people along the way. Every experience has shaped who I am as both an artist and a person.

Those experiences inspire my creativity and influence the artwork I create every day.

Your safety is just as important as your tattoo.

I maintain high standards of hygiene, use professional equipment and quality inks, and follow safe tattooing practices to ensure every client has a positive experience.

We are fully licence with the South Taranaki District Council and was told we have the most professional studio in South Taranaki.
